As a healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience, I’m also a qualified GP Referral Exercise Coach, offering coaching for individuals with chronic health conditions. This includes those referred by their GP for exercise and lifestyle changes. Either that be mental illness, osteoarthritis, cancer, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or obesity. This list is not exhaustive.Having experienced morbid obesity myself, I genuinely understand how challenging it can be to lose weight and feel better about yourself. I’ve been there, and I often reflect on that part of my life. I’d love to share my story with you in the hope that it offers support and inspiration.

I design customized workouts that can be completed at home, without the need for a gym membership. With a focus on functional training, combining cardiovascular and resistance exercises, I help clients achieve weight loss, build strength, and feel more conditioned—all from the comfort of their living room.
