I am a Personal Trainer who offers face to face sessions. As a healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience, I’m also a qualified GP Referral Exercise Coach, offering coaching for individuals with chronic health conditions. This includes those referred by their GP for exercise and lifestyle changes. Either that be mental illness, osteoarthritis, cancer, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or obesity. This list is not exhaustive.Having experienced morbid obesity myself, I genuinely understand how challenging it can be to lose weight and feel better about yourself. I’ve been there, and I often reflect on that part of my life. I’d love to share my story with you in the hope that it offers support and inspiration.

When joining the gym I knew I needed help to get back into fitness, I had not exercised for years. I had a meeting with Miles and he instantly made me feel comfortable. I have been having PT sessions with Miles for 5 weeks now, I can already see a change mentally and physically. He always pushes me and encourages me along the way. I have one PT session a week and Miles always works around my schedule to fit me in. I'm an anxious person but Miles has given me that bit more confidence to be in the gym and to have a better outlook on food & exercise. Thank you 🙂
After doing no regular exercise for…
After doing no regular exercise for nearly a decade and not watching what I eat. I realised that I needed help to get back into shape. Miles has been so patient with me and non-judgemental. He's been positive with his encouragement and after three weeks I can feel a difference already. Both in terms of mindset and fitness levels. Tho for the latter I know I have a long way to go yet. The body composition analysis was very useful in understanding where I'm at and how my body works. Miles is good at keeping in touch and I feel like with his help, I will be able to reach my fitness goals.
